Hi guys, it’s been a while. I’ve been busy dealing with personal life and haven’t been able to do much lately. Hopefully, I can free-up soon and get back into business.

I hope everyone is having a great first quarter this year. There were a number of changes in the domaining world.

As for my projects, I am shifting focus a little. This year I want to release a few software/script packages. Some of you may know that some time ago I purchased DirectoryScript.com and I want to put that in use.

Lately I’ve been having issues with the existing scripts/software packages available. It seems most of them are stock in the past. Even the once that are still in development, are still using old technologies.

I wanted to create a craigslist style site for a niche, but again I can’t simply go with an existing old style script. I want a Web 3.0 style software/template with the latest technologies.

So I decided to build out this software for this niche and then I though, when I’m done, I can just package the software and make it available for others. I’m using the latest and greatest technologies: ASP.NET 4.5 / MVC 4 / Entity Framework 5 / Web Sockets and so on.

The website that I’m building has a combination of features: Business Directory, Rentals, Jobs, Buy/Sell stuff and more.

So I was thinking, I can package the software in different ways, a combo package and individual packages.

My idea is not to have every single feature possible, but instead initially have minimal features with maximum coolness :) yes, I want to create beautiful software, that includes the design and templates as well. They will also be phone/tablet friendly.

Here is my current to do list:

-        Business Directory Script

-        Jobs Script

-        Classified Ads script

-        Chat Script

-        Forum Script

-        Rental Properties Script

-        Real Estate Agent Script

Stay tunes as I’ll share, some screen shots soon. If you have a script in mind, feel free to comment and let me know and I might include it in the list.
